There is a better way to navigate through life. A way that reduces mistakes by 99%. It is the only way to navigate through the dangerous waters of the last days. To learn about it let’s look at the teaching of Jesus.
“Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 16:17 AMP
When pilots come to class to acquire a Type Rating on a new jet, they usually come early and are mentally prepared to learn. When learning they use their five physical senses. They also use their logical abilities to gather information and sort it all out.
As a child you did the same. Remember when you went to school you learned your ABC’s? You too used your five senses. That kind of knowledge I call “natural knowledge” and it’s the only type of knowledge most people know anything about.
Trying to navigate through the world we live in today is challenging at best. The media brings forth 99% lies that are shrouded in spiritual deception. This natural, worldly knowledge is extremely dangerous, inadequate and often lethal.
In God’s kingdom, here on earth, there’s another type of knowing. This type starts in the heart and works its way from the inside out, instead of from the outside in. It’s called “revelation knowledge” and it has much more power than natural knowledge because it’s founded in the spiritual realm and in truth. Using revelation knowledge is a much better way to see through the fog of deception, which is entirely prevalent throughout this fallen world.
We find this type of knowledge in Matthew 16. Jesus asked His disciples, “Who do you say I am?” In response, Peter had answered Him by declaring, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
“Blessed are you, Simon,” Jesus responded, “because flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father which is in heaven.”
Jesus was saying, in other words, “Peter, you didn’t learn this information through your physical senses. You received it another way. You received it directly from God.”
Many believers of The Faithful Remnant have had a revelation like this before. And when you receive knowledge this way, you recognize it as such when it comes. And it completely changes things. It allows you to see old things in an entirely new light. It gives you an unshakable confidence that, as Jesus said to Peter, “The gates of hell can’t prevail against it.”
As we progress forward in the last days, revelation knowledge will continue to increase. But revelations like this don’t come easily. You need to spend time in God’s Word and search the Spirit of God. Why? Because they are “hidden” in Him. The Bible says God has hidden His wisdom for the saints (1 Cor. 2:7-9). Notice, He’s hidden it for you, not from you. In other words, God isn’t hiding this information from you. He wants you to have it.
Don’t think, however, that God is just going to drop great revelations into your lap while you’re watching television or playing church. You will have to seek God. You need to press into Him. “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” James 4:8
If you’re hungry for revelation knowledge, get yourself into a position to receive it, by asking God to give you revelation knowledge as you read His Word and spend time praying and fellowshipping with the Lord. Begin to receive those revelations from Him. If you’ll do this you will find God’s peace and protection no matter what happens in this world.
I spent an entire lifetime teaching and learning in the field of aviation, which I enjoyed and tried diligently to have an impact for aviation safety. But take it from me. There is nothing to compare with revelation knowledge imparted from God’s spirit to your spirit. Pursue revelation knowledge because this is the most exciting and useful and powerful kind of learning there is.
