    This authorization will remain in effect until Dale Black Ministries has received notification from you of its termination, allowing sufficient time and manner to provide Dale Black Ministries a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice.

    Dale Black Ministries keep all details of your personal information private and confidential. Absolutely no unauthorized person or entity will have access to your information.

    All offerings, less the value of product received, are tax deductible as allowed by IRS regulations. Upon receipt of sufficient funds for a specific project, support will be used for an equally important outreach.
