You’ve probably heard the phrase, “God doesn’t call the equipped; He equips the called.”
I’ve found that to be true.
When God calls you to step out in faith, it’s never without purpose. Sometimes your simple act of obedience becomes the answer to someone else’s desperate prayer.
I remember leading a search team in the Grand Canyon, looking for a man who had been lost for many days. He had no food, no water, no jacket, and he was alone in the snow. We could have easily lost hope and given up. Instead, we kept searching. Against all odds, we found ourselves in the middle of a miraculous answer to prayer.
Your obedience may become someone else’s miracle.
You may feel small. You may feel outnumbered. You may be tired. But faith isn’t measured by how you feel.
Faith is revealed by what you do.
Faith keeps moving when the world says, “Stop.”
Faith keeps believing when hope seems to disappear.
As Scripture reminds us:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV)
Faith listens for the rhema word of God while remaining firmly anchored in His written Word. That’s one reason I encourage believers to read a faithful, accurate Bible translation that helps them clearly understand God’s promises.
Miracles rarely happen by accident. They often come to those who dare to believe God’s Word, speak His promises, and act upon them with humble confidence.
So don’t quit.
Stay the course.
Thank God for what He has already done—and continue expecting Him to work.
Keep praying as though your prayers are truly heard in Heaven, because they are. Your heavenly Father knows your needs, loves you deeply, and hears every sincere prayer.
Keep believing, even when it’s difficult.
Keep declaring God’s promises out loud.
In my own life, hearing God’s promises carried on the sound of my own voice has changed me more than almost anything else—second only to receiving Christ as my Savior and being filled with the Holy Spirit. God’s Word, spoken in faith, has strengthened my heart time and time again.
“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” — Romans 10:17 (NKJV)
So don’t stop seeking Him until your breakthrough comes.
Keep walking.
Keep trusting.
Keep believing.
The best is yet to come.
May the Lord strengthen your faith, encourage your heart, and remind you today that He is faithful to every promise He has made. Stand firm, keep your eyes on Jesus, and never forget that He is working—even when you cannot yet see it.
