There are two kingdoms at war–Satan’s and God’s. Every person is a citizen of one or the other. Knowing that you are part of God’s kingdom and understanding how that kingdom works, empowers you to access the many benefits and blessing of that kingdom.
We’ve never experienced another time like the one we are living in. The whole earth is contracting with the clashing of these two kingdoms. We believe these are the “birth pangs” Jesus described in Matthew 24:8 when asked about what the end of the world would be like.
Jesus proclaimed which kingdom He was of. He also taught us that Satan is the god of this world–in other words, this fallen world is Satan’s kingdom. (Matthew 12:26-28 and 2 Corinthians 4:4).
Jesus clearly stated in John 1836, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight so that I should be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.” (NKJV)
Ultimately the Bible describes the victory of Jesus as King of kings and Lord of lords at the end of the age. But not before His followers are tested and tried to determine their faithfulness. (Revelation 17:14 and Revelation 3:10).
With God nothing is impossible!
