In these days of compromise and deception, as a Church, we have largely allowed the revelation of God’s Word to slip into the backseat of our life. We have given way to feeding on the sensational–the latest prophet, dream or podcast (opinion)–over the eternal, unchangeable Word of God. Out of His love, God gave us His Word to guide us throughout the ages. Nothing is more important, more powerful, or more relevant than the Living Word of God.

Jesus came to earth in the flesh as God’s personal Word to us. Jesus and God’s Word are inseparable. If we want to be rightly related to Jesus, we must be rightly related to the Bible, as Jesus is the physical manifestation of the Word.

Many believe that the Bible is only a historical record. Some say that the Bible is not written by God so how could it be accurate? This video uses Scripture to answer the question: “Is God’s Word accurate and infallible?”

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.“ (John 1:1-5 NKJV)

The Bible is God’s inspired written Word. Pick up your Bible and read it with your heart. Give it priority in your life. Then add the sermons, podcasts and opinions. If we don’t have the plumb-line firmly established every day… how can we discern if what we hear is accurate and true?

With God nothing is impossible!
