This is the perfect time to help fulfill the mandate given by Jesus Christ.     The monthly recurring amount will be ONE of the following: $50 per month for Faith Partners; OR $75 per month for Impact Partners; OR $100 per month for Global Partners. This authorization will remain in effect until Dale Black Ministries has received notification from you of its termination, allowing sufficient time and manner to provide Dale Black Ministries a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice.

    Pastor Dale Black and the ministry staff keep all details of your personal information strictly private and confidential. Absolutely no unauthorized person or entity will have access to your information.
