Don’t All Good People Go to Heaven? Capt. Dale Black

We can learn a powerful and clear truth from the mouth of Jesus Himself. Whatever Jesus did or anything He said—was and is God’s will. Would you like to know God’s will about something? Then look at what Jesus said. Watch what He did.

Jesus didn’t even speak His own words. He spoke only the words which the Father gave Him. And Jesus didn’t take credit for the works He did in His ministry. He said that the Father IN Him did those works. This is a critical aspect that we should try to understand… because we learn the will of God by looking at what Jesus did and said.

Everything Jesus said… and everything He did, was a illustration of God’s will. Jesus said in John 8:28, “…I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.”

Jesus was God’s vehicle on the Earth… a way for God to reveal Himself to the people. And Jesus is man’s way to God. Once we connect with God through accepting Jesus into our life, we then become God’s vehicle on the Earth through the power and name of Jesus.

Jesus said, “For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent me.”  (John 6:38).
