Do you believe God still heals today? Surprisingly, trusting the Lord and firmly believing God’s Word is true, is most of the battle. Jesus is your Healer! The Bible says so. And Jesus demonstrated His will to heal throughout His earthly ministry.
“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people” Matthew 4:23.
When this happened I had already learned so much about healing from an earlier battle with terminal cancer. But how did I overcome terminal cancer and then overcome a stroke?

Both battles started with trusting God to lead me more than trusting any doctor or medical system. And God was faithful to give me a way of escape (1 Cor. 10:13) both times. Through the battles I learned more about faith and the integrity of God’s Word. But I had to fight a fight of faith until I won.
This stroke was a perfect opportunity….
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6.
Remember, with God nothing is impossible!
